The ‘Visit Korea’ App, officially operated by the Korea Tourism Organization, has just been released with enhanced features and a broader array of content. Through these upgrades, visitors can now enjoy traveling in Korea more than ever by using the database of more than 8,000 entries of travel information, mobile discount coupons, an English language map, and a tourist destination route finding service.

The newly added 'Recommended for you' feature shows advisable tourist attractions, shopping places, restaurants, and accommodations to app users according to one's nationality, gender and age. Also, the new 'Planner' feature has been added to let users effortlessly plan out a customized itinerary, as well as see KTO-recommended itineraries and popular itineraries.

Alternatively, users can find nearby tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping places from their current location at a glance and then get to a desired location using the 'Find Route' feature on the English map. The ‘Visit Korea’ app will be your best Korean tour guide and most pleasant travel companion during your time in Korea.
